Camella Plantacion is located at Sampaguita, Lipa City, Batangas.

CAMELLA Plantacion is strategically located at Brgy. Sampaguita, Lipa City, Batangas.  LIPA is one of the cities in Batangas that has slowly been flourishing. It is surely becoming a center of business, commerce and trade. BPO companies are opening up here providing more job opportunities for the Lipaenos.  Neighboring towns’ students are studying in the best schools here. There are commercial centers and malls around for leisure and convenience. 

Getting there is easy and convenient.  By public or private vehicle is really no problem. If you are commuting, you can always take a bus from BUENDIA LRT or from a Cubao Bus Terminal --- just look for the sign SM LIPA on buses’ front signboards. If you’re from the city, go to SM City Lipa, you will need to take a ride going to Robinsons LIPA (look for the terminal with the route “Ibaan”).  The property is just along the highway along this route. 

If you are travelling privately, just pass along SLEX until Startoll and then go towards The TAMBO Exit. Just go straight until you reach McDonalds LIPA in Uptown.  Coast along until you reach Balagbag Road then drive through the Lipa-Ibaan Road.  CAMELLA Plantacion is right there in Brgy. Sampaguita, a short distance away from the boundary of the same barangay.

For a complete community – it is important to have life’s conveniences around plus the institutions for the family members to go to – for worship, for shopping, for leisure, for school and for medical needs. 

There are a number of good schools nearby so parents and students need not worry like the De La Salle Lipa, Lipa City Colleges and ABE International College of Business and Economics. There are a number of other good schools within a short distance from the neighborhood as well. Education is important to most Lipaenos and they know that their children deserve a good education for their future. 

Taking care of your health is a priority, too, for most families. The availability of modern medical facilities that’s near where you live is a big advantage. Nearby   the community are the hospitals such as Lipa Medical Center, San Antonio Medical Center, Ospital ng Lipa and Fernando Airbase Medical Center.

Other places of interest are: Lipa Community Park, Milea Bee Farm and the Marian Orchard where you can unwind and stroll for leisure. 

Places where you can find solace include the San Sebastian Cathedral and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. There are also non-Catholic churches within the vicinity so it is not an issue or concern. 

There are a lot of malls, too, for your shopping and retail therapy and pleasure namely, SM City Lipa, Robinsons Lipa, Fiesta Mall and for your wet market needs – there’s the nearby Lipa City Public Market. Plan to have shopping sprees on any of the malls nearby.  Indulge and while away your time as you shop, dine and relax in any of these malls.
